YOUR FIRST GOALS AS A NEW COACH!
Your first few months of being a coach can be exciting & overwhelming so here are a few small goals to focus on!!
- Continue taking care of YOUR own health! Commit to a program. Drink ShakeO. Share your journey on social media.
- Invite some friends and have 1-3 people join you....and run your first group!
- Do the daily actions for 2 weeks straight using the Power of 3 Tracker. Then do 2 more weeks....and 2 more! Just keep meeting new people, building relationships and helping people get healthy! Consistency with THESE things will build momentum!
- Hit Emerald - Invite 2 people to join you on this journey
Emerald is the FIRST milestone in your business and you want to get there as quickly as possible! In this video she goes into detail about how she did it (me too!) and how she recommends you get there as well. Remember, you're NOT necessarily looking for people who are already into fitness (as you can tell from Erin's story).
Cast a vision!! Tell them why you’re doing this business and where you’re going!

Do you know who you’re going to talk to first? Has anyone popped into your head? Sit down and make your list….write down the names of 5-10 people you want to invite to join you in this AWESOME opportunity. If you want to grow faster, make your list 20 people.
