RUNNING YOUR FIRST GROUP!
Challenge groups are the bread and butter of our business.
They are where we help people get RESULTS! This is where we build relationships....and also find most of our coaches as well!!
We connect people to a program and the proper tools to help the lead healthier & fulfilling lives...but the groups are where the magic happens!! You're simply there to provide inspiration, encouragement and support...not be an "expert". ..so don't worry about that!!
We build relationships in these groups...and give them AMAZING experiences simply by CARING enough to help them stay accountable to THEIR goals! This is where we show them the culture of Beachbody: the community, the support, the positive vibes and the encouragement!
Here are 2 videos to give you some awesome resources to run your 1st group!! Take notes!! Also...you're never quite ready to run your first group...it's scary and exciting and you'll have no clue what you're doing...except for the fact that you want to help people feel amazing and change their health. That's ALL that matters!! Feel the fear and do it anyway!!
The key to remember is that there's really no "right" way to run a group....you just gotta CARE about people. We're here to provide you information and you can turn your groups into YOUR thing! You can copy what your coach did in her groups or use some of the ideas from the first video!

Action Step: Start INVITING to your first group! We gave you the tools yesterday. You'll invite with a couple posts you'll put out on social media BUT a lot of your invites should come from sending private messages to people!!
Make a list of 10-20 people that you're going to reach out to.
1-3 people for your first group is FABULOUS.
Let them know how EXCITED you are about your own health changes that you're pumped to start helping other people feel as amazing as you do. Craft up a message like in the "Step by Step Guide" above!
