What is a Challenge Group?

We believe that SUPPORT is one of the most important aspects of being successful when you are making changes to either your fitness or diet.  We provide this accountability through daily interaction online in our accountability groups!  So it doesn't matter if you live down the street from us or across the country we will be there to help you DAILY with questions about your workouts and your food choices.  We do this by setting up a private group on Facebook where everyone checks in daily. We all check in with our workouts (yep! even us) and a log of what we ate or drank for the day.  We provide feedback and also post educational, inspirational and other posts that we feel will help everyone stay on track and keep moving forward with their goals! We help when there are temptations all around and offer advice on how to navigate those sticky situations at parties or events. And lastly we just like to offer a listening ear...sometimes someone just needs someone to talk to!

We believe SO MUCH in the Beachbody workouts and Shakeology that we require everyone in the group use one of them or both....so yes, an investment on your part...but it's worth it! We promise! We will work with you and your budget to find one that will help you reach your goals AND match your lifestyle and fitness level.
