BUILDING YOUR TEAM!
INVITING to the COACHING opportunity!! It seems terrifying at first...you don't know what to say or how they're going to react! The sooner that you can learn that spreading this amazing opportunity to other people has the potential to change THEIR lives...realizing that it's not really about you...the sooner you'll give yourself permission to just INVITE without worrying about their response!!
The first 2-3 years that I was a coach I did not do this as often as I should have...and my business grew VERRRYYY slowly. Not that there's anything wrong with that...BUT, if you have a big vision or big goals for your life/business...you HAVE to be doing this CONSISTENTLY. (if I could bold and underline that even more with stars all over to express my intensity, I would...HA!)
This includes posting once or twice on my page every WEEK about coaching...leaving little breadcrumbs of "coach life"...and what it looks like...how it's changed my life....but mainly reaching out to people via private message and inviting them.
Please NOTE: the invitation to join your team isn't something you should throw out there to just anyone...these should be people you know, like and trust...people who have been SO active in your accountability groups, people that love the products, people you want to travel with and spend time with. People that you think could benefit from some aspect of Beachbody...someone that has a NEED that Beachbody could help with (Financial, community, physical, positivity etc...)! It also doesn't happen overnight....we plant seeds with those posts and those breadcrumbs...by sharing bits of our story...and then just inviting people to learn more!
