BOD has fitness and nutrition programs for any body type or level. Members can choose from a library of over 1,500 workouts or follow results-driven fitness programs.
In addition to streaming access to each workout, members can also access step-by-step program guides, meal plans, workout calendars, and progress trackers, as well as nearly 100 guided meditation videos to help them unwind and destress daily. You will also be able to purchase VIP Early Access to new programs before they hit the member library! It's always being updated consistently with new things!

How do I log in?
Members can choose programs by fitness level, exercise type, or time, and stream through a TV using Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Chromecast, or via the Beachbody On Demand app for iOS and Android. Apple Watch users can stream their workouts on their iPhone or iPad, and Apple Watch will project real-time heart rate and caloric burn on those screens
Just go to www.beachbodyondemand.com and log in using the email address and password you used to sign up!
There are so many workout options...how do I pick the right one?
The best place to start is a conversation with your coach!! It truly depends on what your goals are, how much time you'd like to dedicate, the equipment you have etc....Most programs can be modified so no matter what fitness level you are, you just show up and do what YOU can do!
