Our goal is to be able to reach as many as people as possible and share with them what it means to be healthy and fit.  For most people this usually equates to support!  Through years of coaching and working with hundreds of clients we know that people all require different levels of support.  

Some people thrive in a group setting.  Having that community is critical to them continuing on and staying committed to developing and ingraining healthy habits.  For these people we offer our Online Accountability Groups.

For others individual one-on-one coaching works best.  They just need a coach and mentor to help them develop a game plan then make tweaks to that plan along the way.  For these people Dan offers his individual coaching services.

Accountability Groups

We believe that SUPPORT is one of the most important aspects of being successful when you are making changes to either your fitness or diet.  We provide this accountability through daily interaction online in our accountability groups!  
So it doesn't matter if you live down the street from us or across the country we will be there to help you DAILY with questions about your workouts and your food choices.  We do this by setting up a private group on Facebook where everyone checks in daily. We all check in with our workouts (yep! even us) and a log of what we ate or drank for the day.  
We provide feedback and also post educational, inspirational and other posts that we feel will help everyone stay on track and keep moving forward with their goals! We help when there are temptations all around and offer advice on how to navigate those sticky situations at parties or events. And lastly we just like to offer a listening ear...sometimes someone just needs someone to talk to!


We believe SO MUCH in the Beachbody workouts and Shakeology that we require everyone in the group use one of them or both....so yes, an investment on your part...but it's worth it! We promise! We will work with you and your budget to find one that will help you reach your goals AND match your lifestyle and fitness level.   After that our coaching is FREE!!!

Individual Nutritional Coaching

My coaching approach is truly an individual approach.  There is no cookie cutter way to lose weight and get healthy.  That's why with my one-on-one nutritional coaching we will work together to figure out the best way to help you reach your goals.  

It's because of these individual needs that a few different levels of support and coaching.  ​Check out the basic framework for my coaching programs fall into below.  If you have specific needs or desires that aren't listed below feel free to reach out and we can chat about your goals.

Macronutrient and Calorie Tracking

This service is for the person that just needs some direction as to how much and what kind of food they should be eating.  All of this depends on your age, size, gender, and activity level.  

I know a lot of people just need the information to get started here, we have a FREE CALORIE CALCULATOR RIGHT HERE.  Follow the form at the bottom of that page and I will help you get started with a macro plan based on your personal information and goals for FREE!!!    

For the person that wants to track macros and calories but needs some extra help figuring how to get started, how foods fall into certain categories, navigating treats, and making tweaks to your plan based on your results I offer ongoing coaching for a low monthly fee.  

I have also created a FREE Facebook Group for those interested in counting macros, Macro Counting 101.  Feel free to join that group if you want a community to help you answer questions.

1-on-1 Habit Based Nutritional Coaching

This type of coaching is for someone that wants to take a more holistic approach at changing their health, weight, eating habits, meal prepping, etc.  

I don't prescribe to quick fixes and if that is what you are looking for this isn't for you.  I want to work with you to change your habits that will last a lifetime.  I want to see gain confidence again in knowing what kinds of foods eat, how to prepare them, and teaching your kids to do the same.
