- Reach out to people that mean the most to you. If someone comes to mind randomly, don't put off calling them or sending them a text. There's a reason they came to mind!
- Live with mindfulness. Basically PAY ATTENTION. To your actions, the words that come out of your mouth, the food you put into your mouth, what you're watching on TV etc...
- Remembering to SMILE and LAUGH. Have fun once in a while. Play your favorite song and have a dance party.
- STOP the negativity. All of it.
- Practice empathy. Actually connect with people. We were meant for community!
Live EVERY day. Don't just go through the motions!!
